PDM Group's new Doncaster plant processes meat, poultry and fish products to produce a range of chilled and frozen pet food ingredients.
The Doncaster plant is the most advanced chilled and frozen pet food ingredient preparation facility in Europe. The plant employs the very latest state-of-the-art technologies and automated systems to control everything from raw material unloading and processing through to finished product storage.
In addition to providing operational and economic benefits to the pet food and meat industries, the new plant has also substantially reduced PDM Group's environmental impact through the application of ozone-friendly refrigeration techniques.
The range of frozen and chilled products produced by the Doncaster plant are supplied to pet food producers in both the UK and overseas.
